Strategic Partners
At the heart of our mission lies collaboration, and our Strategic Partners are vital to bringing The DTR Foundation to life within the community. Our partners share our commitment to excellence, innovation, and making a meaningful impact. From corporate sponsors and non-profit organizations to local businesses and passionate individuals, each partner plays an instrumental role in amplifying our initiatives. Together, we create opportunities, drive change, and foster a legacy that goes beyond the field, uplifting lives and inspiring communities.
For more than forty years, our goal has been to provide the highest quality, most nutritious food we possibly can to anyone who needs it. And we’ve delivered. Last year alone, we supported 1,000 partner programs and nearly 350,000 people in our 6-county service area who don’t always know where their next meal is coming from.
But the fact remains that 1 in 7 people in our community remains food insecure. That is not acceptable. It’s time to address the roots of the problem.

Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Los Angeles
Hunger affects old and young alike. While fixed-income seniors, people with disabilities and low-income families are the most visible examples of people who struggle, hunger doesn’t stop there. Hunger affects all groups of people regardless of education level, employment status or ethnicity.
Due to the soaring costs of both housing and transportation in Los Angeles County, many people who work– even families with two incomes – often can’t make ends meet or put enough good food on the table.
The global pandemic and related economic fallout has created large numbers of people in our community who are brand new to food insecurity, and never imagined they would be in need of food assistance.
